Based on concept drawings, myProject Price will prepare a Preliminary Cost Estimate that includes a High Cost and a Low Cost estimate with a cost reconciliation document to help compare the two options.

We provide the high and low cost so that it can give clients a range instead of a single figure which allows them to have some control over what they’d like included in their project. But really, the control is with you, the builder. 

The costs are based on real-time industry rates and backed by real industry experience.
